Working with the private sector the NLSA helps to ensure policy making and public sector investment promotes and ensures economic development for the sub region.

The NLSA works closely with North London Business, the economic development agency for the sub region. North London Business is responsible for building capacity and is charged with providing greater strategic coordination of inward investment, business retention services, tourism development and promotion across North London, working closely with the London Development Agency and Local Authorities to ensure a business friendly environment for company growth and expansion.
