The North London Strategic Alliance is a sub-regional strategic partnership which brings together a wide range of partners.

The NLSA will be appearing at the Examination in Public to make north London’s case to the Mayor of London for a lower Crossrail Community Infrastructure Levy.

We believe that the current level of up to £35 per metre on new developments will damage the regeneration of the Upper Lee Valley.
